a A valid ticket must be produced to gain entry to the “Michael Jackson: The Official Exhibition” and upon request for inspection at any time. Failure to produce your ticket when requested may result in you being ejected from the exhibition. b All children must have a ticket. Under 12’s must be accompanied by a responsible person of at least 16 years of age or entry will be refused. c c. The minimum supervision level required for booked group visits is 1 adult to 10 children. d Removing the ticket stub invalidates the ticket. e Tickets cannot be cancelled or exchanged after purchase unless the exhibition session is cancelled, rescheduled or subject to a material alteration. f Tickets are non transferable. Reselling a ticket for profit or commercial gain or use for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the express permission of exhibition management will void the ticket. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in the ticket holder being refused entry or removal from the ”Michael Jackson: The Official Exhibition” and from the O2 bubble venue. g Tickets purchased from unauthorised agents are not valid and admission to the will not be permitted. h The ”Michael Jackson: The Official Exhibition” and the O2 bubble are not liable for any tickets that are lost or stolen. i In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all visitors, the O2 bubble reserves the right at its reasonable discretion to refuse admission and refund the ticket value. j Visitors may be ejected from the “Michael Jackson: The Official Exhibition” and/or the O2 bubble, if in the reasonable opinion of exhibition management or security personnel, the ticket holder is a risk to the safety of any visitor; may affect the enjoyment of other visitors; and/or the running of the exhibition or event. Examples include, but are not limited to being (or appearing to be): drunk, incapable or intoxicated, underage (where relevant), abusive, threatening, behaving anti-socially, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, declining to be searched or in breach of the ticket terms and conditions. k To ensure safety we will conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit and reserve the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other visitors or are in breach of the Terms and Conditions. l No food or drink is permitted to be consumed in the galleries within the “Michael Jackson: The Official Exhibition” and the O2 bubble. m There is no re-admission once you have left the “Michael Jackson: The Official Exhibition” unless at the discretion of the FOH/Security Manager. n Late comers for their timed entrance will not be admitted. o Photography and filming of the “Michael Jackson: The Official Exhibition” is strictly prohibited. p Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted in the “Michael Jackson: The Official Exhibition” and the O2 bubble. q Visitors are requested to address any special needs requirements in advance of their visit by contacting bubbleboxoffice@theO2.co.uk or by calling on 0208 463 3004. r If you experience any problems, please contact a member of staff or the Duty Manager as it may not be possible to resolve issues after the event. s In case of an emergency, please follow instructions and directions from staff and/or other officials. t All events are subject to licence. u u. The O2 is a no smoking venue. v Official exhibition merchandise is only available from “Michael Jackson: The Official Exhibition” shop within the exhibition venue. Please be aware of unofficial traders offering inferior goods. w It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and the time of any rearranged event.
